How can I customize the homepage?

* Tried to change logo in trac.ini file, but changes only reflect when
going to the preferences. Everywhere else, I still get the Cluemapper

At the moment the only way to customize the theme of the site (including changing the logo) is to setup your own deliverance theme. Typically these themes go into the etc/cluemapper/themes directory. I will try to document this process soon.
