Changing the default port

Whats the right way to define the port that cluemapper runs on?
I see that a port is defined in lib/python2.5/site-packages/
repoze.trac-0.6-py2.5.egg/repoze/trac/etc/paste.ini:port = 8080

Just a note.
cluemapper.ini located in etc/cluemapper didn't seem to appear until I created my first project. I may be wrong about this, but that's how it seemed to me.--
