NAMASTE !! Greetings from ISAAME Secretariat !!!
We attach herewith an article published in Times of India dated October 9, 2017 conveying that all NGO’s registered under the FCRA Act and seeking funds from overseas need to register themselves with a “Niti Aayog Portal – Darpan” and get a Unique Darpan Identification No. (UDIN).
It appears that this UDIN would be necessary even for uploading your annual returns failing which your FCRA Registration could get cancelled.
Please be guided accordingly and ensure that the needful is done. If required please consult your Chartered Accountants in this matter.
