Greetings & Good Wishes.

 

At the outset I, District Governor H.K.Giridhar like to take this opportunity in informing that we have organised International Twinning to SPAIN & PORTUGAL. Earlier the pregame was scheduled for 25^th Oct; due to time constraint in the Visa processing time we have finally arrived for departure on 16^th November and return on 26^th November as per the mutual consent of the  members

 

Already 33 members have enrolled the group size is restricted to 40 passengers only. Members who are interested for the tour should give their confirmation by 19^th October 2017.

 

I am herewith enclosing detailed tour plan for 10 nights & 11 Days to PORTUGAL & SPAIN along with the document check list for processing the visa. The time required for issue of Visa is a minimum of 12 working days. So all are requested to strictly adhere to the time schedule and cooperate.
