This refers to the discussion on PAN CARD & GST at the third multiple council meeting.Please note that we have very less time to save our bank accounts from being frozen.The Govt has ordained that all KYC norms be fulfilled BEFORE 31st March, 2018.Giving a gap of 10 days please draw a line to see that you complete all requirements before 20th of March. Kindly do not take the matter in a lighter vein.To get the PAN card you require

Resolution, signed by the president/Chairman/D.Gov/Authorised signatory, and the secretary.

Certificate of commencement along with valid proof

photographs of the applicant and his pan, and address proof both self attested,along with latest color photographs 2.5x3.5cms

copy of the Constitution signed by the two office bearers (including one applicant)

All the above have to be notarized, and 100rs stamp paper purchased and cancelled.

If there is any difficulty, pls refer the case to me to take it up at a higher level or solve iit.than
