Must change php.ini - where is it?

Uploaded clubmaster to my hosting (i123.dk).

Pointed my browser at my new install - and it runs - - a bit.

It stops with this message:

Major problems have been detected and must be fixed before continuing:

1. Add "phar" to suhosin.executor.include.whitelist in php.ini*.

Whaat ?

I can't find the php.ini. Any suggestion as to where to look?

Can I really edit this file when my site is hosted?

Any suggestions?
