Installation Setup Error

Hi All

I'm new to group, just started to try club master, Im unable to complete the setup itself, I'm keep getting the Error - "Your requirements file is outdated. Run composer install and re-check your configuration.".

Can anyone help me to fix this. plz tell me what is the mistake i'm doing.

I'm trying on a windows 7 Pro version. I'm using XAMPP, also tried in MAMP, all giving same error.


Please help me to fix this and proceed further.
