Hey all, I just wanted to introduce myself. After a lifetime of dreaming, I finally picked up a Lotus! While childhood me was obsessed with the Esprit (still am), I ended up buying a very well maintained 2014 Evora 2+2 last weekend.
While I'm new to owning a Lotus, I've got some experience around these cars. I've had the fortune of joining a friend the past two years in his Elise for the InoKinetic sponsored Hocking Hills, Ohio road rallye spending the weekend with a bunch of great owners and cars. After a nice fellow let me give his Evora a spin, I was sold on getting one.
I also signed up for the ABFM this September. I saw a message about needing a guide for the Lotus walking tour. Not sure I'm quite ready to be an ambassador, but I'm certainly willing to help out if I can.
Lastly, I'm planning on coming to the July drive mentioned in the latest post.
