General Assembly Meeting (retry)

Club Cochise Volleyball will be holding a retry of the General
Assembly Meeting. Because of the holiday there were not enough
attendees to justify holding the meeting last week.Therefore it has
been rescheduled.

When: Thursday, 9 July 2009 7:30 - 8:45 PM
Where: SV Library Mona Bishop Room
Who: All current club members


Items to be discussed will include:
- Recap of Boys and Girls 2008-2009 Season
- Discuss Upcoming 2009-2010 Boy and Girls Seasons.
- Parent and Players surveys
- Treasurers Report - Cost comparison to other clubs, fee breakdown,
club Balance
- Elections - Positions up election/re-election (President, Boys Sec,
Girls Sec)
- Open discussion
