Buena Open Gym

There will be open gym tonight at Buena High School from 7-9 pm for
ALL prospective high school volleyball athletes.

Warmup and Conditioning will be held from 7~730 with Open play to
follow.
If you have 2 hand weights you should bring them, if you don't have
handweights 2 water bottles will do.

Monday night (June 7 2010) at buena the volleyball coaching staff will
be running the below events.

5pm-530pm Warmup/Speed an Agility Training
530-7 Volleyball Open Gym

This is open to all enrolled Buena Students and Homeschoolers who play
for Buena.
Alumni can attend but are not guaranteed to get court time.
