I rented my Palmas to a fellow owner week 8 and have sent 5 emails to 2 different ppl to attempt to add their names . Does anyone know the contact email to do this ? Thanks

Hi Jana,

The best (and fastest) way to add guest names is to call Ed at Capital Vacations directly. He can issue the Reservation Confirmation Number for your guest and will coordinate with the front desk and Guest Services at Club Cascadas.

Ed stays very busy, so the recommended times to reach him are 10:00–11:00 AM or 6:00–7:00 PM (Eastern Time).
