As a long time owner at Club Cascadas De Baja I am aware of the challenges facing the club, not only now but in the future. This is why I am supporting Larry Greenberg for Board of Directors. He not only has the credentials and background but the willingness to take on a tough job. He is already a member on the Legacy board and is very intent on making the Club a better resort for all of us. I truly think he is the man for the job, that is why I hope you will join me and vote Larry Greenberg for Board of Directors.

Well, after thinking it over, I AM going to say what's on my mind:

My conversations with Mr. Greenburg lead me to believe that he lacks some capacity to make objective, reasoned, factual decisions - is not just willing, but anxious to overlook evidence that contradicts his assumptions..

LOVING Cascadas is not enough.   Many, many, many fellow guests do that.  Being qualified is different.

Having been seriously involved for 45 years in HOAs I know that people volunteer for a variety of reasons. It's a thankless job, so it's relatively easy to get.  People who are qualified and willing to do the work are in the minority.

I am sorry to hear you say that. I am not sure what you mean. My whole life as a scientist has been based on observing evidence, drawing conclusions, and changing previously held theories. My conversations with you and many others at Cascadas are intended to gather evidence upon which to make recommendations to the Board, which I have been doing for an extended time.

Again - rather than getting personal - which is a matter of opinion, if we could hear the major issues facing the club and how the candidates stand on those issues, that would really be helpful.

Larry is a decent and great guy.

 

Frank has a bone to pick; public venues are not appropriate.  Caring does count and I am afraid Frank is playing dirty.  Maybe you should take your frustrations out in another area. 

 

Larry, just ignore the public ignorance.

I started club cascadas de baja google group for just this reason, open discussion about issues that impact the club and members not to just rent or sell villas. 

If the emails are bothering you I would suggest removing yourself from this group. You can always join cabo friends who discourage discussions and like to just rent and sell villas..
