Perla 3: Weeks 5, 6 & 7 2026

We are unable to use our Perla 3 unit in weeks 5, 6 & 7 for 2026.  If you have interest, please let me know.  This is not a maintenance fee rental, so please be aware in advance.  We strongly prefer fellow members, and anyone who is not needs to be aware of the rules, code of conduct and understand how CCDB works.  

CCDB is a special place and keeping the atmosphere is very important to us.  Prior use with us gets preference as well.

Week 6:  5 -Feb -  12 -Feb  2026

Week 7:  12 -Feb - 19 -Feb 2026

Perla 3: 3400 square feet of living area, with extensive front patios on floor one and two, with a second floor pool & jacuzzi. 

The unit has 2 complete private bedrooms with full bath's and a third "open" style bedroom with it's own full bath. The private bedrooms are on floors 1 & 3 with the third sleeping area also on the first floor. 

The second floor contains the kitchen, living room, dining area and 1/2 bath along with front and rear patio areas. This unit overlooks the world famous "Arch" where the Pacific Ocean meets the Sea of Cortez (now named Gulf of California). The second floor front patio is large and has a pool, private bar along with a hot tub and several lounge chairs.   While the second floor rear patio is quiet and overlooks the beautiful landscape of the resort.  The first floor patio has a hammock and chairs to sit and relax.  The onsite award winning restaurant as well as the sand beach and the pool bar are out your front door. Views from this unit are stunning 24 hours a day.

This unit is only available by the week, and preference is to fellow club members, their families and friends. 

*THE FINE PRINT...*

*We now highly recommend travel and trip insurance.*  Please look into coverage for flights, transportation, lodging and any special activities you reserve.  We do not refund vacation rentals.  If a catastrophe occurs, and we are reimbursed for our fees then a refund may occur.  You assume all responsibilities for the week.

Please understand when you rent the unit, you accept/assume the duties, responsibilities and obligations for that week.  Due to the problems from Hurricane Odile among other issues, we will have to implement a new policy on rentals.  When we confirm the rental reservation and deposit received, there will be no refunds from that point and balance must be paid prior to week reserved.  

If there is a catastrophe and the club is closed and the unit unavailable, *IF* we receive refunds from the insurance companies for Club Cascadas de Baja or Board of Directors on the week agreed upon then a refund may occur.  

This is unfortunate, but we have incurred large losses over different vacation years and are forced to make this change.  Thank you for understanding, and if any questions please feel free to get in touch and discuss.  We have many prior renters who have been extremely happy with what we do.  If for whatever reason this offer is not for you, please just move along to something that does.  Our units are exactly that, our units and we are happy when not being used by family to rent them.  It provides an opportunity to others to enjoy the amazing club we all enjoy, during weeks that are typically not available and without the significant capital investment.
