Perla 4 (Week 3):  

All new with amazing additional features.  3400 square feet of living area, with extensive front patios on floor one and two, with a second floor pool & hot tub.  The unit has 2 private bedrooms with full bath's with a third "open" style bedroom with it's own full bath.  These bedrooms are on floors 1 (large private & open bedroom) and Master bedroom on Floor 3. The second floor contains the kitchen, living room, dining area and 1/2 bath along with front and rear patio areas. The outdoor patios surround the unit with views of the interior of the resort and ocean both available.  This unit combines both sun and shade for those that cannot be in constant sunshine, also there is privacy that some of the Perlas do not enjoy. 

Overlooking the beachfront resort pool and the world famous "Arch" while not out in the center of resort is very nice.  Cascadas beautiful restaurant is a very short walk, with the sandy beach and the pool bar out your front door.  Views from this unit are stunning 24 hours a day.  Perla 4 combines the quiet of interior Perla units with some of the stunning views and beachfront location of the Perla 2 & 3 units.  

New additions, The have added a large bar to the kitchen, and from the main floor and top floor there are added windows now to see the ocean.  There are now 4 showers, with the main floor bathroom being included.  The studio downstairs now has its own closet and is a complete bedroom.  The original bedroom downstairs now has a couch and the entrance has moved back.  All the renovations are complete and the place is lovely!
