Take advantage of a quiet first week for the two of you, just steps from the restaurant, pool and the beach in remodeled Perlita 2. Then invite the rest of the family and spread out in Week 44 in the Perla! This is the only Perla with extra space and bathrooms.

The new and improved floorplan is amazing.  3400 square feet of living area, with beautifully redone 2nd floor patio and private pool & hot tub.  The unit has 2 private bedrooms downstairs with full baths and sitting areas.   Master bedroom with beautiful bath on the Top Floor (3) all by itself with a nice sitting area. 

The second floor contains the expanded and upgraded kitchen, living room, dining area and 3/4 bath along with a large patio area around the pool /hot tub area. Patio views of the beach and ocean.  This unit combines both sun and shade for those that cannot be in constant sunshine, also there is privacy that some of the Perla units do not enjoy. 

Overlooking the beachfront, resort pool with beautiful sunrise and sunset views.  While not out in the center of resort the shade and privacy are very nice.  Cascadas' restaurant is a very short walk, with the sandy beach and the pool bar out your front door.  Views from this unit are stunning 24 hours a day.
