We decided to reduce the price of Margarita 12, Week 17 to $34 k, 

and offer the second week we own, namely Perlita 19 B week 16 for 

a combined deal of $48 k.

We are willing to negotiate the full price for both units or for each unit separately.  Because we are anxious to sell to support our grand children, we will consider all offers.

We consider this pair of units the best on the property and because the weeks are consecutive, a private week in the one bedroom can be combined with a family visit in the 8 person Margarita 12 week 17 with hot tub/jacuzzi.
