PERLA 14 WK 35 FOR SALE OR RENT

I own the Perla 14 , directly overlooking the shark pool during week 35 for the next 3 years and want to either sell the remaining years or rent my week during 2015.  The Perla 14 was one of the buildings with significant damage that is being completely redone and will be better than ever well before the use week. 

The Perla is 3,400 square feet on 3 stories including it's own pool and Jacuzzi on the second floor.
