Perla 4 (Week 42) October 24 - 31 2024 

The weather is beautiful in late October and the fishing is world class and host to the Bisbee Tournament.  We prefer other CCDB owners or referrals from them.  

The new and improved floorplan is amazing.  3400 square feet of living area, with expanded 2nd floor patio and private pool & hot tub.  The unit has 2 private bedrooms downstairs with full bath's and sitting areas.   Master bedroom with beautiful bath on the Top Floor (3) all by itself with a nice sitting area. 

The second floor contains the expanded and upgraded kitchen, living room, dining area and 1/2 bath along with a large patio area around the pool /hot tub area. Patio views of the beach and ocean as well as resort vegetation abound.  This unit combines both sun and shade for those that cannot be in constant sunshine, also there is privacy that some of the Perla units do not enjoy. 

Overlooking the beachfront, resort pool with beautiful sunrise and sunset views.  While not out in the center of resort the shade and privacy are very nice.  Cascadas beautiful restaurant is a very short walk, with the sandy beach and the pool bar out your front door.  Views from this unit are stunning 24 hours a day.  Perla 4 combines the quiet of interior Perla units with some of the stunning views and beachfront location of the Perla 2 & 3 units.  

New floorplan changes: Expansion of the dining/kitchen area with an expanded bar between kitchen & dining area.  The (2nd) main floor and top floor have additional windows facing the  ocean and beach.  With 4 showers, with the expansion of 2nd floor bathroom getting ready for dinner has never been easier.  First floor bedrooms have expanded space and are full private rooms now.  The revised plan really works for larger families and entertaining.

We now highly recommend travel and trip insurance.  Please look into coverage for flights, transportation, lodging and any special activities you reserve.  WE STRONGLY ENCOURAGE YOU TO INSURE YOUR TRAVEL PLANS TO COVER ANY/ALL POSSIBLE PROBLEMS, INCLUDING UNIT RENTALS.  Due to the problems from Hurricane Odile and more recent Covid 19, we will have to implement a new policy on rentals.  When we confirm the rental, there will be no refunds from that point.  If there is a catastrophe and the club is closed and the unit unavailable, if we receive refunds from the insurance companies for Club Cascadas de Baja on the week agreed upon then a refund will occur.  This is unfortunate, but we have incurred large losses over several different vacation years and are forced to make this change.  Thank you for understanding, and if any questions please feel free to get in touch and discuss.

For the second year I'm not able to come south due to back issues.

Cascadas 201 is two bedrooms with a large patio and a partial view of the ocean. Looking for only $1000 to rent for the week.
