It’s July! How are you doing with your New Year’s Resolutions? You can either look at the year as half way gone or Half Way Full. Make 2013 your Best Year Ever! Make a list of 3 things you’ll commit to for the next 6 months to change your life for the better, for example – (1) Weight-Train 3x/week (2) Include protein with each meal (3) Recruit a friend to workout with you and keep each other accountable. Whatever it is, and regardless of how you’re doing on your New Year’s Resolutions, NOW is your time. It’s never too late. Our Motto at the studio-Never Give Up, exemplifies how people keep pushing past their struggles, keep getting up no matter how many times they’ve fallen, and don’t quit on themselves. Sometimes, you need a support system, which is where we come in. Surround yourself with people that will Lift you up in more ways than one – Hence, the name: ELEVATE Fitness Studio.
