[troposphere] Request to review PR for FLINK-1_20 support in Kinesis Analytics

Hi all,

I've submitted a small PR to add support for FLINK-1_20 in the validate_runtime_environment validator for Kinesis Analytics V2:

Now that AWS supports Apache Flink 1.20, this change ensures Troposphere users can define Flink applications using the latest runtime without running into validation errors.

It’s a minimal change and follows the existing pattern. I'd really appreciate it if a maintainer could take a look and merge when possible.
