need to add a new object to class Cluster(AWSObject)

hello, from EMR 6.6.0, AWS have just added a new object called "OSReleaseLabel" however troposphere is yet added it in the Cluster class as part of the aws object, my team needs to use troposphere to generate the cloudformation template, so what is the process of adding this object in emr.py? Can I add it and how long would it take to get the pr merged? if I can, what is the process of making the change and requesting a pr? This is my first time here and not sure how everything works here.
