Support for AWS CodePipeline V2 in troposphere

Hi @cloudtools-dev,

Kudus to you guys for all the great work. 

We rely heavily on troposphere for aws IAC. 

Around oct last year, AWS announced support for v2 type of code pipeline which has more flexibility and dynamic parameters passing.

AWS CodePipeline supports parameterized pipelines (amazon.com)

AWS::CodePipeline::Pipeline - AWS CloudFormation (amazon.com)

We would like to see if this CodePipeline v2 can be given as option in troposphere ASAP, so that it would allow us and many more users to switch to enhanced pipeline
