ISCSI primary storage

I was wondering who here had a production system with ISCSI as primary storage, and if they could speak to their setup design, OS versions, fencing strategies, etc. We're investigating using ISCI + CLVM but there seems to be a lack of information on this topic, and I was wondering what other people's strategies were.
