CloudSim Plus 2.0 with support to create simulations that are both power- and network-aware

Hello everyone,

We are very proud to announce CloudSim Plus 2.0, the first major release after CloudSim Plus inception.

This is a great milestone that merged the power features into regular CloudSim Plus classes such as DatacenterSimple, HostSimple and VmSimple.

That enables any simulation to collect power usage data, as long as a PowerModel is set to each Host.
