Completely re-structured, versioned and searcheable documentation

Hello everybody,

CloudSim Plus documentation was completely re-structured and is now hosted by ReadTheDocs.

All documentation is centralised at the given website. The previous Wiki was updated and moved to there.

ReadTheDocs provides a pretty-looking and searcheable documentation, allowing to select specific CloudSim Plus version documentation.

All javadocs are included there in a much better presentation. Further, the documentation can be viewed online or downloaded in different formats such as PDF or epub.
