Hi,
I have a question about requested CPU and Ram in task events file that are represented as percentages, in Google Task Events Example1,  4 cores and 500 MB  are chosen as the maximum capacity of CPU and memory ,respectively. Why were these values chosen specifically? and What other values are available to choose as the maximum capacity to know the actual values of cloudlets requirements?

Those values were chosen arbitrarily.

Google traces don't provide absolute values for VM or apps requirements, just utilization percentages. This way, you are free to define the capacity which will be available.
