Query Regarding Double threshold minimization of migration

Dear All
When i run the DoubleThresholdMinimizationOfMigration example with
cloudlet lenght 150000 it works fine and all cloudlets are recieved.
But when i decrease the cloudlet lenght to 15000 only 26 cloudlets
(out of 40) are recieved.
Also on increasing cloudlet lenght to 1500000 and greater no cloudlets
are recieved. (no. of cloudlets recieved is 0).
Why is this happening ?

I suppose this happens because of the current mips rating . so how
much mips
should i allocate to Physical machines for running cloudlets of lenght
1500000.
