Cloudlet scheduling - FCFS

Can anyone give me an explanation about cloudlet scheduling with FCFS?

  

I don't understand what "First Come" means. Does it mean when the cloudlets arrive to the broker / vms / or anything else?

My thought is a cloudlet which first arrives to the broker will be sent to a vm first, others will store in queue for sending. Please let me know if I'm mistaken.

Also, which methods should I override? Is extending only the DatacenterBroker class enough?

I really need help.
