Cloud Federation Support in Cloudsim 3.0.x

Hi All,

I would like to know if there is federation support in Cloudsim 3.0.x. 

I could find federation support in Cloudsim 2.x since it has classes like CloudCoordinator.java and FederatedDatacenter.java. I couldn't find these classes in Cloudsim 3.0.x. 

So, if have to simulate, cloud federation should I go for Cloudsim 2.x and not Cloudsim 3.0.x ?

Also, please help me out with an example code for simulating cloud federation.

Hi,

Yes, I have read about smartfed and downloaded it. Since I am new to cloudsim, I feel difficult to setup federation in smartfed. I am just understanding the terminologies of cloudsim using the cloudsim examples. If someone can help with basic running example code in smartfed it would be helpful. I am not sure how to use the functions/classes in smartfed, ie., in what order they have to be called inorder to set up federation.
