Dear All,

I have recently started my research work in cloud computing. I have studied a few papers about load balancing algorithms. I am finding it difficult to understand the architecture of Cloud Analyst/Cloud sim. Kindly guide me about any starting material which can be helpful for me.

Thanks

hello dear friend
i 'm working in cloud sim. and accept  that is difficult but if you worked with java you can very easy work that. for start cloud sim you must install that then install the editor that support java i install netbeans. for run example of cloud sim you must run netbeans then from project part you must add project.jar file to lib part in netbeans with right click on lib and select add jar/folder ,then copy each example or classes of cloud sim to your project in src folder, run that.
to your work you need to this class in this address
vmallocationpolicy
address: sources\org\cloudbus \cloudsim
this classes is abstract and you can programed that optional for your need . is better you download cloud sim from this link:http://www.cloudbus.org/cloudsim
with best regards

Thanks alot for your response despite your busy routine with your baby.

I have done all these steps. The next step I want is to add another algorithm alongside round robin. I need help regarding this. Do I need to change code somewhere or add new java files. Kindly share with me any coding if you have done regarding it.

Thanks
