None has replied yet to my Prev Post: Please help me in understanding
the below:

I have recently started working on CloudSim; I think we can create
various deployment models like Public Cloud, Private Cloud and Hybrid
Cloud(No code available for Federated situation).

My understanding is:

When we create different Data center in Different regions, we are
simulating Public Cloud
When we create Data center in Same regions where User Base is then we
are simulating Private Cloud

Are the above interpretations right? If no then please correct me.

If Yes then How can we simulate Hybrid Model?
