Mailing list stagnation/rejuvenation

Hi all,

This mailing list has fallen into disuse as most activity has switched
to github. (https://github.com/hep-gc/cloud-scheduler)

We're going to resume doing release announcements on this list again

Anyone with found bugs or issues is encouraged to report those on the
github issues page (https://github.com/hep-gc/cloud-scheduler/issues)
Any general questions / discussion / support should go on the mailing list.
