App deployed correctly, but I cannot access it on the browser

So far, I can deploy my app by using Cloudno.de, as it can be seen on the logs:

But I cannot access it on the provided URL: http://markeysurvey.cloudno.de/ (application is offline). Any clues? Wrong configs?

PS: By the way, I am trying to log in again and I am receiving this issue: 

Access Denied

Your account is not authorized to access the application platform

Error Details: {"status" : "failure", "message": "Invalid username or password. CouchDB lookup failed."}
