Hi,

We have been using this forum during the closed beta. It has served us well during that phase. From now on we will be using a Slack channel for faster communication between our users. Slack has already proven for our internal team communication and I am sure it will improve the communication in the community.

The Cloudnode Community channel is meant to be a meeting ground for our users to exchange ideas, offer each other support, work together, and give feedback to us in an open forum.

How to join

The Slack inviter is an automated app. Naturally it is running as a node.js app on our platform and immediately sending invites, when you request them by clicking on the slack button in the dashboard. It is also a websocket app that reflects online users in realtime.

In additiion we have a new ticket system, available from the dashboard, for handling issues with the platform by our technical staff.
