Get Conn Factory error

I have just started with the demo but cannot manage the cf creation...
Message looks like below... any clues ?

Did not find FP01 so trying cn=FP01
Caught:
javax.naming.NameNotFoundException: [LDAP: error code 32 - No Such
Object]; remaining name 'cn=FP01'
