Sean Stewart here. Just wanted to say that I'm going to be in New York
this coming week, and more particularly I'm going to be doing a
reading-type thing ("The Little Gray Lecture Series") at a place called
Galapagos, in a district called Williamsburg, in Brooklyn (which I HAVE
heard of) on Wednesday at 7 pm, and frankly it would be nice to meet
some of the crew. Also I've never been to New York, but I gather from
watching many hours of police drama on TV that's really scary.

Did I ever mention I grew up on the Canadian prairies?

Anyway, I will mostly be talking about Regular Story stuff--ostensibly
this is part of a book launch tour for a novel called PERFECT
CIRCLE--but I've also been working long hours for many weeks now on,
ah, something else, and you never know what might slip....

Heh - as another prairie kid - I'd just like to say that if you just
think of Manhattan's grid system just like the mile roads in Sask,
you'll be fine. Just watch out for the blackouts. Then things get
'fun'.
