Unable to Use Reserved Flex16 Node

Hello,

I have reserved the Flex16 node, but when attempting to start the experiment, it has been stuck in the pending state. The error log is as follows:

*** No available physical nodes of type d760 found (1 requested) Unable to map all resources, but since the project has all of the resources reserved, we will keep trying until you delete the resources or terminate the experiment
After a long wait, the reservation was eventually canceled because the experiment did not start.

Could you please help me check this issue? Thank you!

Lastly, I would like to ask if the Flex16 node is unable to use images earlier than Ubuntu 20.04?
I have tried Ubuntu 18.04 before, but the machine has been stuck in the Booting state.

Can you send us a pointer to a failed experiment?

And no, nothing older than Ubuntu22 is likely to work on these nodes due
to lack of drivers. You can always try it, I could be wrong. But we do not
support any images older than Ubuntu22.

Leigh fixed a problem yesterday afternoon and it looks like this experiment
successfully instantiated the last time it tried at 14:02 MDT. However, the
experiment has since been terminated after the 16 hour duration was
exceeded.

Try it again.
