The experiment is pending

Hello,

I reserved some nodes days ago and tried to create an experiment today. The experiment has been pending for several hours now.

It shows "Unable to map all resources, but since the project has all of the resources reserved, we will keep trying until you delete the resources or terminate the experiment".

Hi. Sorry about that, we had a scheduling snafu. Go ahead and submit your
reservation again. The experiment that was holding your node has also been
terminated.

Hi, I've encountered a recurring issue where I specify the use of the UBUNTU 20.04 image for my experiment, but the 'lsb_release -a' command indicates that some of the nodes are running UBUNTU 22.04 instead. Sometimes restarting the experiment resolves the problem, but not always. I suspect this might be a bug. Thanks for your help.

Hi. Since the experiment has ended, we cannot look at it. Please let us know
if this happens again so we can look at it.

Hi. Looks like one of the d8545 nodes is have an issue. We are looking at it.

Thanks for your reply. I created another experiment with only one d8545 node (two d8545 nodes reserved in total), but it still says "only 0 available because of existing resource reservations to other projects or users".
