Study of AI use in scientific work

Hi all,

You are invited to participate in an interview study of (agentic) AI use in scientific work. My colleague, Drew Paine, and I are from the UX team in the Scientific Data Division at Lawrence Berkeley National Lab and we are investigating what scientists and engineers need from existing and potential AI tools for their research work. If you are using AI tools or methods to facilitate your own or others’ research, we'd like to schedule an interview with you. 

During the interview we would discuss topics like your AI use across the research lifecycle, opportunities you envision for future use of AI, and how you may use AI to interact with data and compute facility resources.
