[Cloudlab Utah] Cannot reserve or extend nodes due to weird issue

Dear Cloudlab Admins,

I am writing to ask about some issues with reserving new nodes and extending existing experiments.

I am trying to make a reservation between March 27th and April 2nd.

But the reservation page is rejecting it, saying there are no nodes on March 18th, which is outside my reservation slot.

I cannot perform experiments, nor can I create new ones.

This may lead to underutilization of reserved resources and possible cancellation of reservations, and it concerns me a lot since we are 2 weeks away from the deadline.

Please take a look at this issue when available.

We were overbooked on one node type and that might have been causing the
problem. I have fixed the overbook now, so try again.
