sm220u-10s10633 failed to start

Hello. It seems that sm220u-10s10633 is failing. I've tried to start the experiments three times with the same configuration. This node always failed to start.

I took a look, and I do see a failure to boot in your experiment on its
console log, but nothing stands out. Since your experiment, it has been
through our failed-node test process fine, reloaded multiple times, etc.
All the sm220us are reserved, so I cannot test this node -- please try
it again if you can, and let us know if it's still misbehaving.
