Resource reservation on nodes d820 are unavailable

Hi,

I have a reservation for 3 d820 nodes until September 4th at 9:00pm nodes. However, When I try to swap in my experiment, it remains pending and shows:

Resource reservation violation: 3 nodes of type d820 requested,
but only 0 available because of existing resource reservations
to other projects or users.

Could you please help me investigate why my reserved d820 nodes aren’t allocatable to my experiment?

This is part of the power failure that happened last week. See
https://www.cloudlab.us/portal-news.php?idx=124. A downtime to replace the
failed break has been scheduled for September 11th.
