Networking problems in c6525-100g cluster

I am having problems with the network in the following experiment:

For some reason, ssh commands occasionally just hang. Right now I can reproduce this problem by going to node0 and typing the following command repeatedly:

ssh node5 uptime

About 1 time in 10 it will just hang (no completion, no error).

Any suggestions?

Here's a command that makes it even easier to reproduce the problem:

while true; do ssh node5 uptime; done

I rebooted a few nodes and the problem seems to have gone away, at least for now. I'll write back if it returns.
