Node state: TBFAILED and cannot create image

Hi,

I tried to upgrade the OS to Ubuntu 22.04LTS, and then the node state becomes TBFAILED. I still can ssh to the node. (c220g2-010624)

Besides, I tried to create a disk image after upgraded to Ubuntu 21.10 it failed with msage of "Image directory does not exist".
