Hi Cloudlab Team,

I want to test the memory performance on machines where cache prefetchers and memory interleaving are disabled.

After looking into the default BIOS options, I found several options to modify.
System Setup -> Memory Setting ->
                                            Memory Interleaving -> Disabled
System Setup -> Processor Setting ->
                                            "All kinds of" Prefetchers -> Disabled
To the best of my knowledge, the prefetchers options may be different due to the microarchitecture (Zen3 for r6525 and Zen2 for d6515), and I want to disable all of them.
Could you help me with this?

Also, I accidentally had both machines stuck in the BIOS when I was checking the BIOS options using consoles. I could not solve this situation even RELOAD the nodes.
Could you also help me solve it?
Sorry about that. I will be much more careful when using the console.

Thank you!

Sincerely,
Michael

You had tried a bunch of BIOS setup passwords and it eventually halted the
system. Next time just choose "Power Cycle" from the node menu.

I have disabled the options you mention on those two nodes.
