Not able to access my account

Hello, 

My account was frozen last night and I sent mail to the ops team and got it unfrozen. 
But, now, I am facing another issue. When I click on the reset password link, I am not getting any mails to my account. 

I have an important experiment which is expiring soon. Any help would be appreciated.
