Hello,
Is there any profile which I can use to instantiate Ubuntu 22.04 ? If not, how do I create new profile with the required image?

Thank You and appreciate your help.

Thanks
Ajay

Hi Ajay. We should have a new UBUNTU22-64-STD image by end of June and
will announce it then. In the meantime, you can do a "classic" upgrade
of UBUNTU20-64-STD via

sed -e 's/focal/jammy/g' /etc/apt/sources.list \
&& apt-get update \
&& apt-get dist-upgrade \
&& reboot

Not a long-term strategy by any means, but it does work until we get the
new image released. (Note that `do-release-upgrade` won't work until
the first minor update (22.04.1) arrives, in late July or early August.)

Thank You David. It seems you are suggesting to start with some ubuntu image and then upgrade. Can I not start right away with image UBUNTU20-64-STD ?
If yes then what profile I should use ?

Thank you
Ajay

Yes, I'm suggesting you start with UBUNTU20-64-STD and upgrade it to
22.04 . You can use any of the example profiles at
https://www.cloudlab.us/example-profiles.php ...
https://www.cloudlab.us/show/PortalProfiles/small-lan might be a good
one to allocate a single node or a simple LAN.

Hello,
Is the Ubuntu 22.04 STD image available now? If yes, what URN should I use for it in my profile?
I tried using 'urn:publicid:IDN+emulab.net+image+emulab-ops//UBUNTU22-64-STD' but it did not work on node m510.

Thanks.

There's a beta version. This one works for me.
'urn:publicid:IDN+emulab.net+image+emulab-ops:UBUNTU22-64-BETA'
