Clemson Emergency Downtime - Dec 22 and 23

Apologies for the very short notice here.  There will be power outages at Clemson on Dec 22 and 23 for power maintenance at their datacenter.  I have not been given an exact time, all I have been told is that it will start in the "morning" EST on each day.  We will try to keep as much up as possible, especially our control servers, but we expect that subsets of experiment nodes will lose power for several hours each day, and connectivity to nodes will be affected.
