Hi CloudLab team,

I found that the clgpu010 machine shows only 1 numa node with lscpu. I suspect the NUMA configuration is disabled in BIOS. Could you help me to check that and turn that back on if it was off.

Thanks,
Jianshen

Do you know if this is different from the other r7525 nodes? E.g., different
from clgpu011 which you also have allocated?

I am not sure how these nodes are configured w.r.t. NUMA.

Can I reboot this machine? I will see about fixing the BIOS. The nodes
should be configured for one NUMA region per socket (two total).

I fixed this via the management engine, but you will need to reboot the
node for the setting to take effect.

I rebooted the machine. Unfortunately, lscpu still shows there is only 1 NUMA node:

$ lscpu
Architecture:                    x86_64
CPU op-mode(s):                  32-bit, 64-bit
Byte Order:                      Little Endian
Address sizes:                   43 bits physical, 48 bits virtual
CPU(s):                          128
On-line CPU(s) list:             0-127
Thread(s) per core:              2
Core(s) per socket:              32
Socket(s):                       2
NUMA node(s):                    1

You can reboot the server if you need to fix this problem. Thanks again.

I set it through the BIOS this time. It seems to be okay now.
