Dead NIC on node sm110p-10s10605, Wisc cluster

Hi CloudLab team,

Node sm110p-10s10605 in Wisc cluster has no carrier on its experimental network NIC (datalan-1, IP 10.10.1.3 in my exp ).

• Interface ens2f0np0 (mlx5, PCI 0000:51:00.0) shows NO-CARRIER in ip a, and dmesg shows only a single "Link down" at boot, never "Link up."
• Cycling the interface (down/up) didn't help.
• Second port on the same card (ens2f1np1) also shows no link activity.
• Management interface works fine, so this looks like a bad cable/port on the experimental network side for this node specifically.

Could you check the physical connection?
